We are Sisu Yoga. Empowering teenagers through yoga, meditation and mindfulness to reduce anxiety, find inner strength and build resilience.
Our mission is to empower adolescents aged 12 and above by offering vital mental well-being tools through our teen yoga programs, accessible online, in schools, and through group sessions. Our aim is to provide crucial support during this formative period, enhancing coping skills for the future.
The modern yogi is the everyday person who can walk through life with a little more ease, relaxation and creativity.
